I created a new account and domain for one year and business web hosting. I got an email saying that I need to make a payment at the secure billing site. how do I do this and what do I need to do next to start building a webpage?

I have purchased web hosting from Webair, nothing fancy just virtual service. But I don’t know what to do next to actually build my site. In the control panel it only has like E-mail info, security info and how much space there is. I just don’t know how to fill this space. Thanks for any help!
