we know absolutely nothing about web design but we want to create a website that our friends could log in to and vote on certain issues

does anyone know a free web hosting site that provides an easy to use interface to help build our website?

if not does anyone have any tips for us.

ps we only need the website for about one month

I recently bought a domain via Yahoo web hosting service, i really don’t like there site building program, I am a noob to this but how can I create an html site without using the yahoo site builder?

Dreamweaver I assume.

And when i do make the site, how do I upload it to my site(domain)?
